Jack was great, he was punctual and communicated everything excellently to a point where I understood easily. He was happy to answer any questions I had, was friendly and knowledgeable throughout. The work was carried out in reasonable time and so I was very happy with the experience overall.

Jack was really nice this was my first time using this service so I was a bit apprehensive with all the scams out there but was a good service. Times changed a couple of times but when I said I wasn’t happy about it, I managed to get it done first thing. I have to say jack went out his way to make sure it was done. I’m very happy with the service an would use again.

Jack is a friendly and knowledgeable, although the job turned out to be a lot bigger than expected he still had a look to see, if he can do it on the spot at workplace car park, but no luck there.

Jack was very friendly and carried out the inspection quickly. He spent the time to explain the issue with the car and talked over the options for fixing the diagnosed problem.
Although Jack was very punctual on the day of the inspection, he did have to cancel the first appointment (hence the 4 stars). Overall very good service.
